All too often in the design and renovation business, we run into clients who regret not having retained a full-service firm to take them from the planning and design phase through to the completed construction phase.
The most recent example was an in-home consultation we had with a client just the other day. The client had retained the services of a cabinet manufacturer who provided them with a set of drawings for the cabinetry but nothing else.
